Polymerizable Surfactants

Multi-Kem offers a line of imported, unique and patented Polymerizable Anionic (designated “HITENOL BC”) and Nonionic (designated “NOIGEN RN”) Surfactants for emulsion polymerization manufacturing. Four U.S. patents cover the invention and application of items in this unique product line, with documentation on these products available by request.

Multi-Kem Co-Polymerizable Surfactants Offer the Following Advantages

  • Work well in acrylic, SBR and vinyl co-polymer systems
  • Produce products with, essentially total water resistance
  • Eliminate the need for the post-curing production stage
  • Eliminate process foaming
  • Reduce surfactant levels in effluent streams
  • Now in general use in the Far East
  • Recently cleared TOSCA review

All Polymerizable Surfactants Are Supported By

  • Rapid order-processing and technical assistance, especially tailored for small to mid-size users
  • Local supplies, warehoused from coast to coast
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA) from the plant-site microbiological laboratory with every shipment
